Robles Concrete Design is a women-owned and run decorative concrete company. I started in concrete as a union-trained apprentice on the Oakland Federal Building in 1994. Throughout my career I have worked for various union contractors on projects throughout the bay area. I am Journeyman cement mason union-trained, Northern California Joint Apprenticeship Training. I have learned different techniques from some of the top industry artisans. I have a certificate in estimating and project management, and have worked as an estimator & project manager.

Kim and her crew did a fantastic job on an old concrete slab. in my 1930's house. grinding and polishing those floors is not easy, and now it looks just beautiful - with the quality and interest of the original patina a feature instead of the eye-sore it was! Kim is just great, really knows her craft, a good communicator, really quick to respond - and I couldn't have been more happy with the whole experience.

Kim and team were absolutely amazing! I had an awful allergic reaction because of my garage floor (due to a shady contractor), and I needed to remediate the garage floors right away. I got in contact with Kim and she was very understanding of my situation. She was able to get me in the schedule quickly and did a standard grind and seal of my garage floor. She was reliable, on time, CLEAN and did a very thorough (and great!) job.

Kim was terrific how she worked overtime to make sure the floor came out right. Because staining concrete is such a tricky job, she insisted I check out color alternatives, and test how it would actually look. They did a really good job on a tricky floor and Im so happy with the result!
